[Aavso-photometry] Atomic Clock Synchronization

There is certainly software which will not only synchronise with an Internet
Time Server but also act as a server to other computers on a LAN. For example,
try AboutTime, found here:

http://www.arachnoid.com/abouttime/index.html

Abouttime is "Careware". That means no money, now or ever. You just have to
care. :-)
