[Aavso-photometry] SDSS161033 thank you report

Dr. Szkody has asked me to "please pass on my kudos for their wonderful 
help!" to the 
observers of SDSS161033. They received enough information and observations 
to remove 
the block so HST can observe it. Thanks to Chuck Pullen, Bill Dillon and the 
Ft. Bend club, 
Bernard Heathcote, Mike Koppelman, Bill Goff, Jim Bedient, James Foster and
