[Aavso-photometry] var her 04 observation reminder

Hey, all. This is just a quick reminder to please not give up on Var Her 04. 
We need observations in Ic every week or two until the end of the observing 
season. We need to ID the variability class of the faint red companion 1" 
away and the best tool is a nice long light curve. Thanks to Bill Dillon, 
Neil Butterworth, Diego Rodriguez, Mike Armstrong, Carlo Gualdoni and Steve 
Brady for observations over the last month. But only 3 of those observations 
were in Ic so there is need for many more Ic observers.
