[Aavso-photometry] Focal Reducer

Greg,

I've used the 0.5x Optec reducers with both an ST-7 and ST-10 with good results.  I'd be a bit concerned about using a 0.33x reducer for precision photometry due to increased likelihood of vignetting and gradients, but others may be using them with success.
