[Aavso-photometry] BZ UMa Update: 050120

I made new plots of the outburst using all the AAVSO CCDV data. These 
are binned to 0.01d. I adjusted two sets of observations by 0.05 to 
correct for what looks like a zeropoint difference. I did not use the 
newest data from the quiescent level because it doesn't bin well at 
this resolution.

The flux here is from the Zombeck book and is what he describes as "the 
spectral irradiance in erg cm^-2 s^-1 A^-1...at the top of the Earth's 
atmosphere". It does not take interstellar reddening into account 
either.
