[Aavso-photometry] Lower priority of U Gem photometry runs

 Hi, all. There seems to be some doubt about RXTE's ability to observe
this outburst of U Gem. As a result, we've been told that time series
photometry of this outburst should be a low priority now. However, if
anyone is out observing anyway then go ahead and get some good data on
this outburst.  in V. I'll keep you informed if any further news comes
our way.
