Hello

I think the idea of beginner projects is an excellent one.  We need to do 
more of this.

I would like to point out that if some beginners want to try their skills and 
setup, we have a group of standard stars that are brighter--about 11th mag or 
so and you can get at them by looking on the web site on the CCD views 
archive.  These are constant stars that one can practice.

I still do standard stars about once a week, just to make sure my sustem is 
working well.
