[Aavso-photometry] Heads up! More Var Her 04 Needed...

Hey, all. Next week Dr. Steve Howell will be observing Var Her 04 with the 
WIYN telescope. His goal is to get a deep set of UBVRI images with good 
seeing (<0.5") to look for anything in the neighborhood that could be 
affected the 3 Spitzer observations he has so far. We're not calling for 
another campaign next week, but snapshot observations of Var Her 04 in V and 
Ic would be useful to assess the state of the system. Also, we want to alert 
him to any type of flaring that may occur. 
So we request one good, high-precision observation of Var Her 04 in V and Ic 
per night next week and submit your data to the AAVSO as you normally do. If 
you notice any strange behavior then begin time series observations and let 
us know ASAP. 

Also, the last of his four Spitzer observations of Var Her 04 has finally 
been scheduled for May 05 at 00:09:58 UT. We will be doing another intensive 
multi-color campaign on Var Her 04 for the few hours before and after that 
observation. This time it will be easier for Europe and North America and a 
little more difficult for Asian observers. We will be issuing a CCD Views 
Special Notice on this campaign as it nears.
