We have a few datasets in from JM, PVA, GFB and BDG. The data is too sparse
and the precision just isn't there to pull any information from it at this
time. However, I know that some other datasets have yet to be uploaded so
perhaps we can yet get something together once it all is in. The proximity
to the Moon seems to have dampened spirits. At this point I'd recommend
aiming for an SNR of 50 at this point. Usually we'd recommend an R or I
filter to minimize the lunar interference but this object is so faint that
every photon is needed. Just do your best. This is a challenge and that is
why we're needed. I doubt any professional will be allowed to aim their
scope that close to the Moon and many amateurs won't do it out of sheer
principle. :) So anyone who *does* get good data earns my respect. Also,
their data will be *extra* useful since there is so little of it.
Give it a shot! Yes the Moon is there, but it isn't really bright at least.
And remember, we need nice loooooooooong datasets.
