[Aavso-photometry] Submitting Observations

This is a real nit but when submitting our 
reference star(s), should we only submit only our 
reference star or should we also submit the check 
star?

Somewhere I have read that we are to submit both. 
  But it seems that for purposes of reconstructing 
the observation that only the reference star would 
be of interest and to submit both would lead to 
confusion.

FWIW, I am submitting both.
