[Aavso-photometry] Mark 421 Update

 Hey, all. Our GTN buddies are very complimentary of the data coming
in. Please keep it coming! We have one more major observing window
left for RXTE and VERITAS so let's knock this one out of the park! 
The observing time is:

                        DEC 22 (UT) 11:55:00 to 12:25:00

 Please observe it in V or I for the entire window and preferably for
1-6 hours on either side of the window. Also, remember to monitor Mark
421 until the new year. One observation per night would be enough for
Dec. 23 - Jan. 1.
