[Aavso-photometry] New AAVSO Online Airmass & ScintillationCalculator

Hi,

There seems to be something weird with JD and Date in the table of airmasses and
scintillations. There is a constant 23 min shift between UT and JD. Any instant at
6:00 UT corresponds to JD decimals fraction .75 . Using the JD tabulated I got the
same airmasses within 3-4 digits (for the Brian's original object position).

It would be good to include object alt/az in the results as well.
