[AAVSO-HEN] Automate follow-up

Hello,

Reading the last post of Arne, I think that we must invest some time to automate the process of
follow-up. If possible Aaron, is there a chance to develop a very single line alert (containg
GRBcode, coordinates) to our observatory ftp or even through email. After receiving such alert,
our system will monitor this information, stop the actual queue of observations and starts a
standard procedure of images, as suggested by Arne. I think many of you have already this process
in operation and can give me some hints.
