Now, here is an interesting burst. Nicely situated, no moon, alert
during prime U.S. observing time. Granted, the ground analysis
was 2hrs late (burst was at 0439UT), but still not bad,
and with the usual 28arcmin diameter error circle. So what do we have?
   2822 Bootes-2 7th mag limit at 20sec
2813,2819 RIKEN 18th mag limit at 0330 (NM Skies)
   2820 Miyazaki 18th mag limit at 0800
2818 Tokyo Tech 18th mag limit at 0846
   2816 MASTER 17th mag limit at 1223

These are all pretty weak limits. Where were the systems that
could go deeper, such as all of the pro U.S. sites? Certainly the
SW U.S. was under marginal weather, with lots of clouds, but I was
hoping for someone to go deeper. It is interesting to see that
the RIKEN group is getting time on one of the 0.35m NM Skies telescopes.
Looks like we are getting a reasonable frequency of localizations
again. Keep alert! Swift is due to launch on November 8, so it will
not be long before we will be awash with GRB alerts.
