[Aavso-epo] HOA Materials

HOA is not going to be available again in hard copy. An assistant and I 
are in the process of transferring HOA into PDF format and it will 
reside on the AAVSO website when we are done. As you can imagine, this 
is a huge task. The student chapters are nearly complete and should be 
available for posting sometime this spring. The teacher pages, and 
supporting materials will follow.
