Hi Everyone,

I will be working to draft a report over the next 24 hours. Please,  
if you haven't yet sent me information on any EPO projects you've  
done in the past year that include a variable star / AAVSO component,  
please send me something ASAP.

I'd like to schedule two meetings:

1) Anyone interested in sketching out how to
	a) Create a speaker's bureau per Doug's suggestion, and
	b) Getting materials together that are appropriate to Sci Cntrs put  
together and placed before the 2009 IYA
     Meet Friday morning during the "Variable Stars 101" Workshop.  
(Place in HQ TBD)

2) General Committee Mtg: Friday Night Dinner (Place TBD - Suggestions?)
