Boy, all the really smart guys are named Aaron, eh?  ;-)

UCSC Physics undergrad Aaron Wolf did a great job with the Systemic
applet, which was evidently a year in the making.  It's quite a work. 
But I just wanted to warn everyone that it is pretty obvious that this
applet was designed and programmed by a Mac guy.  The layout and
appearance of the applet is pretty as a peach in Safari, but ugly as
sin on Windows under IE.  The latest version of Firefox for Windows,
however, makes the experience on that platform quite bearable.  So if
you're working on Windows, I strongly suggest downloading and
installing version 1.5 of Firefox before tooling around in this
applet.
